Hypnotherapy for confidence issues
Until we lose confidence we never really realised we had it because it was just part of us. There are so many things we do with confidence without even realising it, from putting our clothes on in the morning which we learned as children, to using apps which a lot of us learned to do with confidence as adults, (hard to believe they haven’t been a part of life forever).
As we do things correctly our confidence grows bit by bit. All performers practise and visualise themselves doing their specific thing with confidence. I have yet to meet a sports person who visualised themself going up to take a penalty, stumbling and falling before kicking the ball! But I've met many who have confidence issues when it comes to actually kicking the ball and this is where hypnotherapy helps.
We change through hypnosis whether that is self hypnosis or a hypnotherapy recording but with hypnotherapy we change our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. We change the thought to; ‘I will kick this ball correctly, exactly as I've practised and imagined I would. I feel very confident of kicking this ball properly and achieving the outcome I want and everything I do from the moment I know I'm taking this penalty, I will do it with confidence because my thoughts, feelings, images and behaviours tell me I will confidently do the right thing and score.’
