The Consultation
We have an excellent consultation format that allows you and us to be confident in what is happening, how it's happening and more importantly why the change can happen through hypnotherapy/mindcoaching.
The Appointment
"The devil is in the details"
We do a relaxed conversation around your issue and how it started where it started how its developed how you have changed because of it and then we discover the changes you want to make and why these changes are so important to YOU.
Together we discuss what will happen in this session and the outcome that will happen and what other steps need to be done by us to help you.
Hypnotherapy session
This is where the magic happens not because I'm a magician but because we have you in a relaxed state where you are totally in control of all the changes that happen within you. Through hypnosis we show you how the change will happen and why it will happen, we will show you the outcome of the successful change.

The beginning and the end
At the end of hypnotherapy you will feel like you achieved your goal and because of this you will be ready to go about your daily life with that change within you. This will be your new beginning. This is not the end of my role as I'm here to help ensure the change continues for as long as you want it for and my role from now on will have been discussed at "the appointment"

What will happen in your hypnotherapy session?
When you arrive we will begin the process by reaffirming the reason you want to succeed through hypnotherapy.
Induction – the hypnotherapist will then lead you into a state of deep physical and mental relaxation.
Once deeply relaxed, the hypnotherapist can then begin ‘change work’ using techniques and approaches discussed and agreed to help you towards your goals.
Once the ‘change work’ is complete, the hypnotherapist will begin the transition to wakefulness, in which you are gradually brought out of your trance.
Time for any questions you may have and a summary of the session and any progress made thus far.
